REVIT / BIM Technician

Role Description
This is a full-time, REVIT / BIM Technician role based on-site in Greater St. Louis. The Technician is a critical support role within FSA Architects, responsible for producing clear, accurate, and well-coordinated drawings that support healthcare, laboratory, commercial and municipal projects. In our small-firm environment, this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with architects, interiors and project managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Produce and revise architectural drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Assist with all content production such as drawings, renderings, all other documents associated with an architectural project
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure consistency across project sets
• Coordinate drawing updates with architects and project managers
• Organize and manage digital project files and documentation
• Knowledge of codes and regulations is a plus
• Support construction administration tasks as needed

Requirements & Qualifications
• Associate degree or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• professional drafting experience is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD experience a plus
• Adobe Suite of software experience
• Bluebeam experience
• Experience with healthcare projects is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized, dependable, and deadline-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage workload without micromanagement
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative firm environment
