The primary focus will be managing the Environment of Care, key challenges, hot topics, and a hands-on activity. This full-day session will include a continental breakfast, interactive learning discussions, lunch, and networking opportunities. Please join us and connect with your peers!
Learning Objectives
• Provide an overview of what CMS and accreditation organizations expect Environment of Care programs to encompass.
• Discuss some strategies to create and maintain a successful program.
• Consider some hot topics and high-risk challenges within the environment of care.
• Practice identifying risk within the environment (good exercise for facilities, safety, and clinical staff)
