Overview: Join the Missouri Society for Healthcare Engineering for a virtual session focused on helping health care facilities professionals communicate infrastructure risk in terms that resonate with executive decision-makers. Participants will learn practical tools to translate asset failures into operational, financial, regulatory and patient care impacts, strengthening the case for proactive investment and organizational resilience.
Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- apply consequence-based risk communication techniques to explain infrastructure and facility risks in terms relevant to healthcare executives and decision-makers.
